We currently deliver across Tamil Nadu, with same-district delivery around Erode and Bhavani Taluk typically fastest. Contact us to confirm delivery availability in your pincode before ordering if you are unsure.

2. Delivery Charges
Free door delivery is provided on orders above the threshold shown in your cart. Orders below this amount may incur a flat shipping charge, shown clearly at checkout before payment.

3. Delivery Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days of confirmation. Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier availability, and will be communicated to you after your order is placed. Bulk/wholesale orders may require additional processing time — our team will contact you directly for large quantity orders.

4. Order Tracking
You will receive updates on your order status (processing, shipped, delivered) via phone/WhatsApp, and can also check order status anytime by logging into My Account.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. If delivery fails after repeated attempts due to an incorrect address or unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
